Buyer said they didn't receive item. I have proof of shipping / delivery at my end. hold on funds
How can they put a hold on my funds when a customer says they didn't receive your purchased item? And I have proof at my end that I shipped it and was delivered to their door/ porch? Now eBay is putting a HOLD ON MY FUNDS.
