Buyer said they didn't receive a notice that I accepted their offer and they want me to cancel
Should I cancel the order or should I ask them to cancel it? I have already printed the shipping label but have not shipped the item yet.

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

OP11 months agoDoes it negatively affect my account for me to cancel the order? Would it be better for the buyer to cancel the order?

Mentor11 months ago@bedfordmerch. Buyers can't cancel an order they can only request before a shipping label is printed.
You just need to go to the sold listing and select cancel as buyer requested. This won't hurt your account.
Just don't select out of stock damaged or you get a defect.
