Buyer said item did not work. I issued refund. Now Buyer says item works, and to recharge them.
Buyer said the item didn't work. I issued refund. Now they say it works. How can I get my money back??

You can send the buyer an invoice through PayPal if you both have accounts or use another online payment method.
