Buyer said it package arrived but the tracking does not
I shipped the item on the feb 2 and was checking the tracking, on the 5th the tracking said it arrived in there city but not delivered yet. I waited until the 11th and it never updated the tracking so I asked the buyer if it had arrived they said it did. I don't know how long its going to be until the tracking says its delivered or if it will ever. can anyone tell me what to do
