Buyer said insole is broken
We sold a pair of shoes and noted they are in good used condition. The shoes were inspected and authenticated by ebay successfully, and eventually shipped to buyer.
Buyer received and noted that when he peeled off the insole, it was "cracked" - only on one shoe. The other shoe is fine.
We checked the shoes but might have overlooked the insole. What does the community suggest I can do?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Mentor4 months agoAccept the return and give them a full refund when you get the shoes back. The shoes will have to go back through the authenticator where they will make sure the shoes were the same that were originally authenticated to protect you from any scam. The authenticator would not have looked under the insole during the initial authentication so they would not have noted this.

The buyer did not mention he wanted to return. He was just pointing it out.
Should I offer a refund after the shoes come back to me? or should I give a partial refund and let him keep it?
