Buyer Said I do not ship to their location
I`m selling sports. Mostly cheap cards that does not exceed 5 dollars. I put the Ebay standard envelope for shipping. Every time a buyer tries to pay for the card, they say that I do not ship to them. The buyer is in continental US and I ship here. I already cancelled 2 orders. I don`t know what I`m doing wrong.

This means that you made an error in the weight or dimensions that you entered for shipping. I saw a few of your ended items showed ‘shipping not specified’ - that is what you see in search when there is an error in the info.
You should read through your active items for this label and edit the shipping info on each.
Did you try sending invoices on the ones that could not pay? You should be able to add the missing shipping, and then the buyer can pay the invoices amount.
