buyer said box was empty
I sold a kettle bell, buyer sent picture of damaged but sealed box with sticker from usps saying it was opened and resealed by them. buyer said the box was empty but showed only pictures of the beat up but sealed box which could easily still have the item in it. how do I proceed to not loose my $400 sale?

Mentor1 year agoYou need a photo of the USPS sticker to include in your claim on USPS.com.
Tell buyer to hold onto everything that you will be filing a claim with USPS postal inspectors and his local police department for mail tampering and to please cooperate with the investigation.
Has buyer filed an ebay dispute yet? Do not refund until they do, but do not miss the deadline to do so after that.
