Buyer Returns Item to Seller for refund but USPS Tracking shows Seller Address is Unknown
I purchased an Item that I was not able to use. I contacted the seller to return the item for a refund. Ebay stepped in and instructed me to print a return label and to return the Item to seller. I did exactly that. The return label had a USPS tracking #. The seller return address was a PO Box. A week later the USPS tracking shows the seller address as "Addressee Unknown".
My guess is either 1) The return address is incorrect as is stated on the return label. I contacted the seller for correct address but no reply. Or 2) the seller intentionally rejected the item in order to avid refunding me.
Either way, the seller seems to be intentionally preventing the return of this item. I could try to send it to seller again but it will probably get returned again.
What are my options? How can I contact Ebay customer support about this? There are a few days left before the deadline and this case will be closed. Any tips would be appreciated.
