I refunded buyer. He returnd the item poorly packed and broken. What can I do?

Mentor1 year agoYou never refund until you get the item back. If you are a top rated seller with 30 day returns, or you have free returns, and the item is returned in a condition that devalues the item, you can withhold up to 50% of the refund. There is nothing you can do if you refund too early.
