Buyer Returns
How am I supposed to go about a buyer who bought an item from me that wants to return it because they didn't pay attention to the listing not working with their equipment.

I'm very sorry this happened ... but you should consider it a win if the buyer pays the return shipping to get the headphones back to you. If you're lucky ... you will sell them again at a higher price! [Maybe raise the Starting Bid a few bucks when you relist them.]

OP2 years agoUnfortunately that wasn’t the case; I had to pay shipping. You’re right though, I’ll be able to sell them again. Thank you for replying!
