Buyer returns
I recently sold a Carhartt jacket. The size was clearly listed. No returns/refunds was listed in the original post.
The buyer wants to return/refund because the jacket doesn’t fit.
How should I proceed?

Mentor1 year agoWith a no returns policy, and the buyer stating the jacket does not fit, you can decline the return, because that is a buyer's remorse reason, and no returns covers buyer's remorse reasons only. However, it might be in your best interest to accept the return if the buyer will pay the return shipping. You can always relist the item on ebay.
