What rights do I have as a Seller when a buyer wants to return an item because they already have the item that they had bought elsewhere? Who pays the return shipping cost, can I recover the shipping cost I paid to ship the item to them?

Buyer's remorse is not covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee so the buyer would have to pay the return shipping costs.

OP2 years agoI ship free to to the 48 contiguous US States, can I drduct my shipping cost from the refund, the buyer hao ordered the same item from two different sellers by "mistake"?
