Buyer returning for wrong item sent
The buyer opened a wrong item sent return. They uploaded tracking that shows the item was picked up but is in limbo in the FEDEX system. We are in the same state and it has been 12 days. Should only take 1 day. It is most likely lost at this point, They have asked ebay to step in and I have until tomorrow the 4th to refund. In a wrong item sent refund , if the item was never delivered but tracking shows the buyer shipped it who is on the line for the refund?
