Buyer returning for incorrect reason
I feel that the item sold to the buyer was described in as much detail as I could and accurately. And the photo I used for the listing, which I took with my phone camera, was way more accurate. I never showed any boxes or stated "new, in box", but made my explanations on how I know the unit was new without a box. Even after accepting an Offer with a drastic mark down and with everything else the buyer wants to return the item. I wouldn't mind refunding them if they were honest from the beginning, but to lie about it and say what I sold them didn't match the photo or description is laughable and makes me want to totally refuse the refund offer, but I do believe in preserving good customer service and asking for more details. Asking the community for some thoughts on this. It probably sounds like I might just either offer a partial or full refund, but darn it. Returns are not a good feeling. Please and thank you. M

Mentor2 years agoIf you want the item back, accept the return. Do not refund until it is back. Then report the buyer for abuse of the MBG and block them.
