First and foremost, use the Report Buyer link on that transaction.
Depending on the circumstances some or all of eBay's Seller protections may apply. This could include withholding the original shipping the Buyer paid and up to 50% of the item's sale price. Seller protections | eBay

Mentor7 months agoSince you are a top rated seller, you may be able to deduct up to 50% of the refund because the buyer returned the item in a condition that devalued the item.
