Buyer returning an item

Question

Should I be refunded all fee since this buyer purchased my item by accident or that was "their reason" seems like I should also be refunded the shipping I paid to send it also.

@pctechman7 Unfortunately since you had Free Shipping on the listing you can not withhold the outbound shipping.

The buyer will pay return shipping since they chose a remorse reason.

If you had charged the shipping separately as you have on your active listings then you can withhold the outbound shipping even for buyers remorse returns.

If a buyer files an eBay Money Back Guarantee refund request then you must accept the return, pay return shipping, and refund 100%. Do not refund the buyer until you receive the item back or they can no longer access the return label and have no motivation to return the item.

yes, sellers get fees back and the original shipping cost to the buyer does not get refunded to the buyer

also, the buyer has to pay for return shipping

the above criteria is when the buyer wants to return an item for remorse reasons
