That is one of several return scams that Buyers use. The first thing you want to do is use the Report Buyer link on the sold item drop down menu.
Next, you have to refund within 2 days or the Buyer can ask eBay to step in. You should be able to apply some of the Seller protections eBay affords you, like withholding the original shipping the Buyer paid and up to 50% of the item price, this helps to cut your loss on a bogus return.
