Buyer returned the wrong item
I had a buyer request a return on a high value item, which I gladly accepted. Upon receiving the return I opened it to find a different item then what they purchased. I opened a case with eBay and messaged the buyer. The case was quickly sided with the buyer, I have filed an appeal but what else can I do.
