Buyer returned item to wrong person
I sold a top to a woman- she said she didn't like the way it looked on her & was returning it to ME- She then messaged she mailed it back- NOT THRU RETURNS- It turns out she sent it back to someone else - not to me- Then leaves me a nasty Neg. saying she returned it!!!! I've called Ebay several times & they STILL don't see the truth & won't remove the feedback- I work very hard to keep a good feedback & this is totally undeserved.

When this Buyer contacted you with her request to return the top, did you explain to her that she needed to go through eBay to do that? That she needed to open a return request? Because if you had done that, and Because this was a remorse return, eBay would have given you the option to not accept it and would have protected you from bad feedback.
I'm curious why the Buyer said in her negative that she confirmed your address? And how is it you know she sent it to someone else?
Your responses to your two negatives is very unprofessional. Calling Buyers a liar and saying how nasty they are, just makes you look bad and warns YOUR future Buyers.
EBay just updated their feedback removal policy. Based on how you responded, it is understandable the negative would stay.
