Buyer returned item that is new and not in factory sealed packaging.
The description does not state factory sealed and photo clearly shows that it's in a zip lock bag. Why do I have to pay for return postage just because buyer cannot resell item for profit.

If this is for the nasal pillows, the listing states they are new without box. The photo is rather dark and appears to be in some type of clear bag. The description does not mention the pillows will be shipped in a clear bag.
If the Buyer opened an Item Not as Described case, you would need to refund. If you want the item returned, and they come back in a different condition, in some cases you can deduct up to 50% of the refund.
What you do not want is for eBay to step in. That would not end well for you. I am sorry this is happening to you.
