Buyer returned item claiming it didn't work but it does.
Hi,
I had a buyer return an item saying it was defective. Upon receiving the return, I checked the item and it works fine. Iam glad to refund the cost of the item but not shipping. How can I do this?

You can only issue a full refund on a not as described return.
You can report the buyer for abusing the money back guarantee, but there is no help on the shipping costs.
