Buyer returned item but missing manual warranty paper and purchase certificate
I sold a lens but listed the wrong mount (Canon instead of Nikon), so the buyer returned it. When I received it back today, I noticed the manual, warranty card, and purchase certificate are missing. I have a new buyer already waiting to ship to.
I'm thinking:
1. asked new buyer do they mind missing these stuff
2. charge $50 for missing accessories
Any idea?
