Buyer returned empty envelope
This is the second time this has happened. Buyer opens a return and mails back a tiny empty envelope, clearly not large enough to even fit the item they are "returning". The buyer ID is no longer active. How can i deny the refund? I've reported the buyer but i did the same last time and eBay did nothing and we lost the money and the item, which i'm sure will happen again. I guess i have to start reviewing the buyers and not shipping to any that have 0 feedback, which sucks because i'm sure they aren't all scammers.
