Buyer Returned different items than i sent them
I have a buyer who's gave me issues since they received the order they said I didn't list it correctly when I know i have serial number proof of my model numbers , I have known and ive made it know to an ebay agent that I had proof of what I sent being correctly but was told to let the buyer return the item and then report any damages well damages isn't the problem the fact that they want a refund after keeping what I sent them and sending me back an older version no doubt in order to upgrade their old with my new and then get the refund as well .and it's not OK with me that ive tried reading every thing possible in help menus also tried repeatedly to seek agent chat help but no resolve no advice no nothing but a constant worry that I'm gonna not only be out my items but also the refund money if ebay agrees with them before someone decides to help me not to mention the repaying of shipping and fees on a promoted item that id already lowered the price on by over 100dollars and even gave a 15percent discount for buying 3 as well as even offered another $60 off for the buyer to keep them ..now I know why..they figure why get another discount when they can use your policy rules to keep the item and their money back that's not right at all and I need some immediate help fixing this issue please @ebayagent @ebaysellerhelp @ebayreturnpolicyabuse
