Buyer returned a different lego figure
Hi, I sold a very good lego figure for £32, the buyer complained it was damaged sending a photo of a figure with a significant split to the torso.
I issues a return and have received the broken figure.
It is not the same figure as mine had a small defect to an eyebrow which is now not there.
The buyer sells lego figures on Ebay I suspect he has had the broken one for a while a swapped with my much better one.
Do I refund him before making a claim against him?
Do I refuse and let Ebay refund him and then submit and Action Fraud request?
Is this ever successful, thanks all
