buyer returned a damaged or different item and ebay immediately refunded them
This is the first time this has happened to me and it was on a nice item. The buyer returned a very damaged item back to me. Im not even sure its the same item. Its in really bad condition and I cant relist this. I provided images as well as video of the item when I opened a case and the case was ruled in the buyers favor within 5 minutes. I dont even think an actual person looked at the photo. Is there anything I can do? I have already appealed this as well. Thanks so much.

Did you accept the return within the time limit?
What was the Item Number?

The buyer selected "ordered by mistake" but waited until 2 weeks after the item had been delivered. The return was automatically accepted after the case was ruled in their favor. Usually I have to accept it on my end so I was really confused on that part. The item # is 197652001607
I don't mind returned items at all but this situation does make me a little discouraged.
