Buyer return time vs. seller refund time
General question: Why does eBay allow the buyer who is requesting a refund 21-days to return the item back to the seller yet the seller only has 2-days to refund the buyer? Seems odd that there is such a lag time for the buyer but the seller must respond (refund ASAP). Just wondering.

·3 years agoWhen Covid hit, they extended the time buyers have to get the items shipped back.
I guess they expect seller to act faster and not make the buyers wait.
