Buyer return returned to buyer marked UTF

Question

Buyer says I measured item wrong…I give eBay permission to refund money and issue return label to buyer

buyer sends me a picture today of package marked UTF by usps. The label is correct…it has my correct address, zip code, etc. why in the world would it be marked UTF and returned to buyer

The buyer should take the package to his PO and explain that the address is correct, no forwarding needed. The PO should reship it with no additional charge.

You can go to your PO before the reshipment arrives and see if they can figure out why it was marked UTF, and to make sure they don’t do it again.
