Buyer Return Request, sent wrong return label
I sold an expensive item and buyer wants to return it(which is fine). I wanted extra insurance in case PO loses or destroys the package so I purchased return label from Pirate Ship, sent it to Ebay which forwarded to buyer. I incorrectly addressed it(had it addressed to buyer instead of me) so I cancelled the label.
How do I send the buyer a new correct label through Ebay with the additional insurance?
