Buyer return request

Question

Buyer requests return on item that was as described with no damage and wants refund. My profile states no returns. Any help greatly appreciated.

What is their reason for returning? Did they already open a return request on eBay? If so, you only have three business days to respond.

If the Buyer is saying the item is not as described in the listing, you will need to accept the return and pay for return shipping. Once the item is returned, you will need to issue a full refund. This is based on your "no return" policy. Sellers who offer returns in their listings are eligible to deduct up to 50% of a refund if the item comes back in a different condition.

If the item is returned and it is exactly as described after all, you will still need to give a full refund. Then report the Buyer for misuse of the Money Back Guarantee. By reporting them eBay might give you a partial refund for the cost of the return label.
