Buyer return question
My buyer wanted to return some things, and i filled out the return and refund, along with buying shipping labels for those things. However they didn't receive any and i can no longer access the return as it says its closed.

Mentor2 weeks agoOnce you have refunded the buyer, they can no longer receive a return shipping label and the return request is closed.
Normally sellers do not refund until after they receive the returned items.
