Buyer return issue
I sold some Milwaukee press jaws. Specifically listed what brand they work with. Buyer received them, no issues with description, pictures or any condition related drama. Contacts me today he wants to return because he bought wrong ones, it was a miscommunication with his boss, etc. my listing specifically says no returns. I request in listing to check photos for condition, ask questions, excellent pics and accurate description. Since I stated NO RETURNS, do I need to refund this. I paid $60 to ship and insure.
it’s annoying that this person did not read the description or do their homework. Looking for advice. Thanks.
