Buyer Return EBay sides with buyer even though no real reason given for return
Recently sold a pretty expensive item. Buyer states that he doesn’t think it is authentic. Gives no reasons or proof of why and eBay sides with them. I have done this since 1998 and the only issue I have ever had is an item that was broken in shipping. Now I am out $100 in shipping and insurance.
Does anyone actually look at these returns or is automatically the buyer is right?
