Buyer return but didn’t return anything.
Been dining business on eBay for 23 years and never encountered this issue. Buyer misread my description and wanted to return items which stated I don’t do returns. He opened a case against me. eBay advised me to accept a return which I reluctantly did and now they gave him ALL the money back including shipping and the buyer has not returned anything to me and it’s been two weeks. They won’t respond to me and every time I contact eBay they say their decision is final. What the hell is going on with eBay? Anyone have this happen before? This is fraud.

·3 years agoIf you got Ebay involved, which is a bad idea for a seller, they probably refunded the buyer from your account and let them keep the item.
