buyer return address missing
hello, i sold a Pokemon card to someone and he used eBay authenticator service and the card did pass the authentication but the buyer said it's not as described and want a return so i accepted but when i tried to using eBay shipping label it doesn't appear in the options i have 3 options only and i have to create a shipping label manually so, that's what i tried to and i can't find the buyer address, now do i use the authenticator address or what, and btw the buyer doesn't respond to my messages, thank you.

Mentor4 months agoSince the item went through the authenticators any return must go back through the authenticators to prove that the buyer did not substitute a different item for the one you sent. If you have eBay send the return label they will have it go to the authenticators first.

OP4 months agothanks for the answer, the problem is i can't generate automatic ebay shipping label, i most use an alternative shipping method like ups or usps idk, now to use it i need to fill the sender and the receiver, do i put in the sender the authenticator's address or what ?
