Buyer Return
I sold a ring and the Authentication department approved and the buyer accepted.
The buyer now is sending it back, stateing that the description and photos were not correct.
I don't understand since the authentication department stated that the descrition was correct.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Ebay has already paid me.

For questions regarding the Authenticity Guarantee program, I would message eBay on their Facebook page. That is staffed from 6 am to 6 pm, PST.
