buyer return
Sold an item on October 6th buyer not happy with item, sent a return label eBay states he has until November 5th to ship it back, my item is in his possession ,tied up for a month, I have to relist item it was a $500.00 item and $141.00 shipping why am I getting screwed.

Ebay allows Buyers to request a refund for up to 30 days from delivery if the Buyer feels the item is not as shown in the listing. Once the Seller approves the return, eBay generates a return label on your behalf. If the Buyer never returns the item, the Seller is not charged for that label.
Once the item is returned, you will need to issue a full refund. If the item turns out to be exactly as described, besides refunding, report the Buyer for misuse of the Money Back Guarantee. By reporting them, eBay should issue you a credit for parts of your cost of the return label. By refunding them, you should get most of your selling fees back.
