Buyer restrictions
Has anyone else selling sports cards $20 and under cards having issues with customers saying their state is blocked from buying my cards? I have always shipped world wide and cant seem to get someone on the phone at ebay to help me. I looked at selling preferences and it all looks normal.

Mentor11 months ago@csim9688. If you look at the shipping section it says contact seller. This means that you need to revise the listing and put the correct ESE shipping back. As I mentioned previously this happened to many sellers.
Do you use Business Policies? With your number of listings updating all of the listings with new business policies is your simplest solution.
Let me know if you need directions on how to change or set up business policies.

Mentor11 months ago@csim9688 This usually happens due to an issue with the shipping method settings. When USPS updated the price of the eBay Standard Envelope back in July many sellers listings lost the ESE shipping method.
You have too many listings for me to visually scan.
Please share item numbers for a few of the problem listings.
Once we figure out the problem you can update your listings using bulk edit or Business Policies.
I did notice that you have .38 cents delivery on many of your very low price cards. You are charged .30 cents per transaction fee on top of the 13.25% fee. You are going to be losing money on shipping. The lowest shipping for ESE now is .74 cents for a one once shipment.
