Buyer responded to my response to their feedback
Recently a buyer left me positive feedback that was still not very nice and I wrote a response to explain my side. The buyer then left a response to my response that was very ugly. Shouldnt I be able to respond without getting yet another ugly response back from the buyer. Can his response to my response be removed. I have never had this happen before.

Mentor3 weeks agoUnfortunately, the buyer gets the last word if you respond to the feedback s/he left.
