Buyer requests to cancel
When a buyer requests to cancel an order, perishable item, that they have already paid for, and in the description is: If buyer retracts a bid or requests to cancel after order is paid for, $25 restocking fee is required. How does a seller retrieve this fee?

Mentor1 year agoeBay does not allow for restocking fees. They used to but not for the last several years.
