Buyer requests return

Hello,

I accidently sent the wrong item to a buyer. The buyer requested the return to which I accepted and paid for the return label. Now that I have it back, eBay is giving my 3 days to refund the buyer. Yet, the buyer does not want a refund, just the correct item sent to him. Do I have to give a full refund and ask the buyer to purchase it again, or is there another way to solve this? Thanks!

Now that you have the item back you are required to refund the return. If you don't eBay will step in and do it for you. If that happens you will receive a defect for an unresolved case and that can affect your selling account.

Once you refund have them purchase again.
