Buyer requests refund because she didn't read the entire listing
Buyer incorrectly assumed that the "7.5" in the listing title meant size, but it does not say "size 7.5". I'll admit it was a bad copy from someone's previous listing, but it easily could have been part of the shoe's name.
In the listing itself, it clearly says the shoes are US size 10. Buyer is now requesting a return (I assume at my expense).
What are my options here? I don't have option (yet) for ebay to step in.

-Accept the return and pay for a return shipping label and then refund the Buyer once you get the shoes back. It is that simple.
-Your listing is misleading and using the Sell Similar feature still requires you to make sure it is correct for what you are selling.
-Your no returns accepted policy is misleading because you are not protected against returns, there are more reasons that eBay provides for Buyers to return an item than that return policy covers Sellers for declining returns. Sadly, eBay has that as the Default return policy on their listing tools.
-You should seriously consider Accepting returns in the future.
