Buyer Requests PO Box Delivery

Question

A buyer purchased two items from me. Both listings had PO Boxes listed as shipping exclusions. I plan to ship USPS Ground Advantage. The package is only 12 ounces and 9x6x3 inches. The buyer says it won't let him pay the invoice I sent because of the PO Box. Is there anything the buyer or I can do to make this work?

Thanks! I figured that's what I'd have to do. This was an auction, so I guess I could re-list as Buy-It-Now for the prices the seller paid.

Cancel the sale for Problem with Buyer's Address

Relist the items - be sure to remove the PO Box exclusion (if you ship USPS, there is no reason to exclude them)

Invite the buyer to purchase again.
