Buyer requests delayed delivery
Buyer has paid for item and requested to hold and not ship for 2 weeks as they are out of town.
Have had this request multiple times. How is that handled to not affect shipping metrics as a seller?

If your listings state that you will ship three business days after payment, that is when eBay expects you to ship or it will affect your selling account.
I would let them know that eBay requires you to ship by xxx and ask if they would like to cancel and buy it again when they return. They must be having their other mail held or picked up by someone. eBay Sellers are not a storage facility for Buyers.
If you contact them and they do not reply by the time you are required to ship, I would message eBay on their Facebook page so they can note it on your account and advise you. www.facebook.com/ebay
Do not jeopardize your account for complete strangers.
