Buyer requesting to cancel after paying and item has been dropped off for shipping, will I get paid?
Buyer purchased and eBay sent notice for me to ship the item and updated to "funds on hold". The package was dropped off for pickup prior to me seeing the buyers message requesting to cancel. My concern is that I will not get paid or the purchaser will play games about receiving the item, I did use an eBay tracked shipping label. Not sure what to do at this point, concerned about getting paid and not having my rating impacted.

You did not accept the cancellation, so this transaction will work like any other sale. Be sure the tracking # is posted to the order transaction as usual. The fact that the buyer requested a cancellation will not impact your payment.
You should notify the buyer that you shipped before you saw his cancellation request however, so he knows it's on the say.
