Buyer requesting return; I'm worried they damaged the item
I have a buyer who is claiming a leather wallet isn't genuine and that the black is coming off on his hands a few weeks after it was delivered. This is after saying they thought it didn't look genuine right after winning the auction. The wallet is from an authorized retailer; the business card of the store manager and tag were included in the photos and shipment. The wallet was fine when I shipped it out. If the buyer isn't lying about the color, I'm worried they put chemicals on the wallet (and I have no idea what has been done with the original bag & box and tag & business card). What are my options? Thank you

Has the buyer filed an Ebay Return Request? If so, what reason did the buyer give for filing the Return Request?
You can read here about how sellers respond to Return Requests:
