Buyer requesting refund on item that was listed correctly
Hello - I have a buyer that requested a return on a lego that was listed (in description and in listing title) as an incomplete set. He is indicating it is missing two pieces, and he is requesting a return from ebay because it is missing parts. I kindly told him that the listing was clear that it was not a full lego set. Now my funds are on hold. How do I proceed with this issue?

Mentor8 months agoAccept the return, provide a shipping label and then refund when you get the item back.
You cannot fight this. Unless the buyer decides not to return the item, you will have no way to win this claim.
If you try to fight it, eBay is going to find in favor of the buyer anyway and refund from your account.
You will then not get a refund of the fees and be out the funds for the item.
