Buyer requesting refund for digital goods
A buyer recently purchased a digital good from me in the form of a redeemable voucher, after receiving said voucher they then requested a refund stating that they were hacked. The buyer had a week to reach out and message me to request a refund or warn me they were hacked but made no such effort until after I already delivered the voucher. I have no way to tell if the voucher was used or not, and there is nothing stopping them from redeeming it if I do refund them. Should I decline the refund request?
