Buyer requesting refund
Buyer says they haven’t received package but usps says it was delivered so do I have to do refund or is it between them and usps

Mentor3 years agoIf tracking shows delivery to the buyer's zip code, your just is done, so check that first. If so, advise the buyer that tracking shows delivery and he should contact his post office to ask exactly where the package was left. If stolen after delivery, nothing can be done, but if mis-delivered, they should help track it down.
