Buyer requesting refund
The buyer is stating that the description and the picture i had on my listing was misleading. They are lying. I placed the picture there myself and I'm good with the camera to get every detail of the item which I'm this case was a purse. Also I'm deception took the description off the original product with is the exact item that we were selling with was an original coach purse. So both the picture and description and also where it said about refund we had in there that we do not accept returns. And they are trying to still get it

The Ebay Money Back Guarantee overrides your "No returns" policy.
If the buyer files a Return Request due to "doesn't match description", you will be obligated to approve the return, provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund when you receive the returned item.

If you do not cooperate with the buyer's return request, they can escalate by asking Ebay to step in to help them. If Ebay steps in, they will take the refund from your account and they might let the buyer keep the item. Also you would receive a defect on your selling account.

OP2 years agoWhat if just if they return a replica and not the true coach purse that we sold to that person. Then what. This actual is discouraging me from ever selling again

New Sellers are targets for scams like that ... the Buyer has nothing to lose. Your best bet is to tell them to file a return and you will accept the return, get it out of their hands or call their bluff.
If you try to decline a return because of your No returns accepted policy AND they file a claim that it is not as described (even if they are laying) eBay will issue them a pre paid shipping label and charge you for that. Then when you get the item back you have to refund them in 2 days or they can ask eBay to step in to force the refund out of your account. And if you decline the return eBay will refund them AND let them keep the item.
You should consider using 30 day Free returns to get the benefit of eBay's Seller protection for your level of sales: Seller protections | eBay
